if you were a manager at AIG and you could impact your team's performance, what would you do?
1. try to motivate my team members/ self-confidence
2. figure out the problem and give some promise or help
- personal suggestion
- and resource can find
3. try to look for a job

First of all, i will try to manage my self and show my team members my self-confidence. It is not because I know I can survey but because nothing can be complete with a team without a leader. I think the most difficult is to keep on motivating your members.
To make this happen, I believe the communication with each member are important. A manager should pay more attention on employees emotion and keep tracing how well employees' performance. However, the manager should make a sop to help employees who lose job. It is not only help the employee who get fired but give other employees confidence about the company.
However, if those things are not working well, probably I should also look for another job. The boss may probably fire a manager who can not manage his department well.
