I think this article is biased and is fulled of negative emotion to MBA. The Training for MBA is not the only reason to make economics getting into recession but should be consider more.

The authors believe MBA is the sin reason of all. However, I believe people who choose the b-school have certain personalities and the b-school help them to become excellent. It is no good to defense the deluge only by sandbags but by the channel.

MBA program is the tool to help people know more about business field, learn how to negotiate and work with others, and learn how to play the game well. The school could let them know more about ethics but could not prevent MBA have negative behaviors.


By the way, I do not think all MBA are partying in the first semester, at least not in Baruch.

1. try to motivate my team members/ self-confidence
2. figure out the problem and give some promise or help

First of all, i will try to manage my self and show my team members my self-confidence. It is not because I know I can survey but because nothing can be complete with a team without a leader. I think the most difficult is to keep on motivating your members.

To make this happen, I believe the communication with each member are important. A manager should pay more attention on employees emotion and keep tracing how well employees' performance. However, the manager should make a sop to help employees who lose job. It is not only help the employee who get fired but give other employees confidence about the company.

However, if those things are not working well, probably I should also look for another job. The boss may probably fire a manager who can not manage his department well.
